V Festival

If you’re looking for an alternative experience like no other, then Parklife is the place for you! From sniffer dogs to security guards, this dance festival is a hotspot for teenagers and hipsters alike, so don’t let the heightened drug security force waver your party mood! Heavy rock, drop kicks and long haired grungers – welcome to Soundwave! If you can handle the heat, this festival is sure not to disappoint, especially with acts such as Lamb of God, Nine Inch Nails and Faith No More headlining the main stage. It may not be the most organised festival in Australia, with huge queues to get in and toilets worthy of the dump, but at $140 for the weekend, it’s the best rock and metal festival around.
