Cebu Pacific Airlines offers 400,000 seat sale for local and international flights

Local budget airline Cebu Pacific is offering 400,000 seats for domestic and international flights at reduced prices to stimulate demand.

Cebu Pacific, which was recently crowned the 2008 Agora Marketing Company of the Year, said in a statement that this promotion is their biggest and last seat sale of the year.

One-way fare for ‘Go Lite’ domestic flights is priced at P500, including taxes and fees. ‘Go Lite’ fares are for passengers with no check in baggage. Those with check-in bags have to pay additional P200 upon booking.

For international ‘Go Lite’ flights, one way fare is free. Passengers just need to pay for government taxes and applicable surcharges, ranging from USD 25 to 80 per way

For flights that originate from and destined for Manila, airports in the promo include Bangkok, Guangzhou, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kaohsiung, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Shanghai, Singapore and Taipei.

For flights that are via Clark airport in central Luzon, destinations covered by the promo are Bangkok, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.

Flights via Cebu or Davao airports are those for and from Hong Kong and Singapore.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Tickets are on a first-come-first-serve basis, and are available for sale until November 30 only.

Travel period for these tickets are between January 1 and March 18, 2009.
