Ingredients needed:

  • 350 grams of Tai Chi Pork from John Lau Hon Kit’s farm
  • Half a pound of dried chestnuts
  • 2 dried onions
  • 5 dried mushrooms
  • A few garlic cloves


  • The pork
  • 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of corn starch

  4. Put all the ingredients into a pot and wait for the water to boil. Turn down to a simmer for 1 hour and serve.
