Millennium & Copthorne launches enhanced Frequent Guest Recognition Club

Millennium & Copthorne’s FGR (Frequent Guest Recognition) Club members can now accumulate FGR points with every qualified stay at any M & C participating hotel. Members can use the points earned, towards complimentary stays, room upgrades, F & B voucher redemptions and more.

Offered in two tiers – FGR Classic and FGR Gold – the FGR Gold member enjoys additional complimentary privileges and benefits including complimentary Broadband access with every stay.

Other FGR Gold benefits and privileges include welcome beverage, express check-in, early check-in and late check-out, best available room upon arrival, upgrades as well as birthday and special occasion celebratory treats.

FGR points accumulated can be redeemed for complimentary hotel stays, next best available room upgrade and F&B Vouchers. The program’s “open earn” structure also allows members to accumulate points from participating hotels and enjoy special promotional discounts from FGR programme partners including car rentals from Hertz Rent a Car. In the pipeline, members may elect to earn airline miles in lieu of points

Members can check their FGR point balance online and redeem rewards from the convenience of their home, office or any other location with internet access.

For those who are away very frequently, the FGR Gold tier offers the recognition and convenience appreciated by frequent travellers with additional distinguishing privileges.”

More participating hotels from Asia, the Middle East and North Africa are expected to be added to the stable in the last quarter of this year.
