The Luxe Manor in Hong Kong joins Small Luxury Hotels of the World

The Luxe Manor in Hong Kong has joined Small Luxury Hotels of the World, a collection of over 440 independent hotels in more than 70 countries offering “exceptional experiences”.

The luxury hotel, styled after a European mansion, joins a worldwide family of exceptional retreats, from classic city centre hotels and spa resorts to rustic country houses, idyllic private islands and secluded safari lodges.

The 159-room manor in Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui has been hailed as a “spirited alternative to the grandiose chain hotels normally patronised by visitors” in last year’s Conde Nast Traveller magazine’s annual ‘Hot List’ of the hottest, sexiest hotels, restaurants, spas and nightclubs opened around the world.

“The Luxe Manor targets a unique and stylish segment of the luxury leisure and business traveler market,” said General Manager Andy Castillejos. “It aims to fill a niche for hotel guests who wish to be stimulated by their surroundings. The hotel is quirky and fun, yet comfortably stylish.”

Beyond its unique design, The Luxe Manor offers high tech features including internet-friendly TVs and wireless-enabled telephony throughout. Also featured is a business centre with full secretarial services and function rooms.

The hotel’s signature restaurant Aspasia is helmed by the Michelin-starred chef Roland Schuller, formerly executive chef on Christina O, the yacht once owned by Greek tycoon Aristotle Onassis.

The Luxe Manor also backs onto the buzzing dining and entertainment district of Knutsford Terrace.

The Luxe Manor is managed by GR8 Leisure Concept Ltd., a Hong Kong based hospitality group.
