Travel Agents to Win with Promotion to Sell Novotel Hotels in Hong Kong

Accor has launched a competition for travel agents throughout Asia Pacific giving them a chance to win a free trip to Hong Kong for two.

Agents just have to book rooms (on any public rate and including agents based in Hong Kong) at any Novotel hotel in Hong Kong between May 20 and August 19th 2009 for stays during the same period. When the booking materializes, the agent will receive one entry into the competition to win a trip to Hong Kong.

Three runner up prizes will be drawn, one on June 23, one on July 23 and one on August 25. The runner up winners will receive an overnight stay in any one of the 83 Novotel Hotels in the Asia Pacific region of the winner’s choice.

The major prize is two roundtrip economy tickets from any major city in Asia Pacific to Hong Kong, plus five nights’ accommodation and breakfast for two persons at any Novotel in Hong Kong, of the winner’s choice – drawn on August 25, 2009.

In the event that the major prize winner is a travel agent from Hong Kong, then the prize shall be two roundtrip economy tickets from Hong Kong to Beijing or Shanghai, plus five nights accommodation as well as breakfast for two persons at any Novotel of the winner’s choice in the corresponding city.

Bookings must be made through either travelagencies.accorhotels.com or GDS, and the travel agents IATA, TIDS or RT number must be attached to the booking to be eligible.

Agents booking through GDS should indicate the consultant name in the SI Field. Agents booking through travelagencies.accorhotels.com should indicate the consultant name in the Comments Field.

The guest must stay and all charges must be settled during the stay period 20 May and 19 August 2009 inclusive.

Participating hotels are Novotel Century Hong Kong, Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hong Kong, Novotel Citygate Hong Kong.
