Hawaii.com has redesigned it’s site, making it the best place for making Hawaii vacation plans

Hawaii.com has made some exciting changes, and you will want your readers to be aware of them. Just visit the site and you will see why this bigger and better Hawaii.com is indeed the information source for all things Hawaii.

In these economic times, your readers need all of the information they can get to plan a vacation they can enjoy and afford. All of that information is contained in the over 5,000 pages of Hawaii.com, the most in-depth site on the web devoted to these exotic islands.

First, there is a fresh, clean look with a bright new yellow header. But the meat of the matter is that the site has added new tools and reorganized its content into three major sections so those who are planning their Hawaii vacations can find the information they need quickly.

The sections are Plan & Book Travel, Things to Do, and Dream and Shop.

The Plan & Book Travel section focuses of the particulars of planning a trip, including flights, packages, accommodations, cruises and transportation. It also provides a list of constantly updated hotel packages and other special deals…many available only on Hawaii.com. The website is again using Expedia as its booking tool, a website that many of your readers are already comfortable with.

If your readers can’t travel just now but want to escape cooler temperatures without leaving their houses? Hawaii.com’s new Pictures area in the Dream and Shop section features images from all of the islands, and they are categorized for easy location. There are also nifty tools for viewing slide shows, virtual tours and a new selection of island videos.

If a visitor finds something they are really interested in and want to share it with their sister or mother there is now a Share Tool on the site that allows them to easily spread the aloha with family and friends.

Other navigation improvements include a Tool Tip that allows all lines to expand when the cursor is placed on a sentence. And the My Hawaii toolbar allows members of the site to easily keep track of their points.

Speaking of points, members of Hawaii.com (there are now over 700,000 members, no cost to join or participate) enjoy lots of benefits. A brand new one is a question-and answer blog featured on the member home page. The first topics addressed in the blog were where to begin planning your very first trip to Hawaii and when and where to find sea turtles when snorkeling.

All of these improvements are the reasons you should always direct your readers to Hawaii.com when they need up-to-date and accurate information about the islands.

Hawaii.com is committed to being the source for all things Hawaii. It is the Internet’s all-inclusive website for travel to, from and around the islands of Hawaii. It offers visitors unmatched ease in booking the perfect dream vacation: from airline tickets to lodging, car rentals to tee times, dining to snorkeling, leis to aloha shirts, anything to everything. If it’s in Hawaii, it’s on Hawaii.com!

Hawaii.com is owned by Gannett Co., publishers of USA Today and Stephen Media Group and is a registered seller of travel in the State of Hawaii (No. 5832) and is an accredited International Air Transport Association accredited travel agency.
