Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok launches Meetings+, a package that offers great savings to meeting and event guests in a secluded location by the Chao Phraya River.
Valid from now until 26 December 2009, the all-inclusive meeting package combines single accommodation in a Shangri-La Wing Deluxe room for just THB4,800 and a full-day meeting package, at no extra cost. Double occupancy is available from THB5,800. Rates are subject to 17.7 per cent service charge and tax, and include buffet breakfast at NEXT2 and unlimited in-room broadband Internet access.
Guests can take advantage of a full-day meeting, accompanied with the following privileges, at no extra cost.
- A meeting room from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Complimentary use of an LCD projector, screen and flip charts
- Executive desk pads, stationery and mints
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Free-flowing coffee, tea and drinking water in the meeting room
- Wireless Internet in the meeting room or lounge
The Meetings+ package allows meeting guests to enjoy a full buffet lunch at the riverside NEXT2 or the all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch at Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant.
One complimentary room upgrade to a Deluxe Suite is available for a minimum of 25 paying rooms, one complimentary room is available for every 25 paying rooms, and spouses can stay for free (excluding a meeting package).
